Together, Let’s Help All Life Flourish

Network for Ecology exists to bring people together to help all life flourish.

I’m building NFE around a growing family of campaigns—from caring for animals and protecting species to healthier rivers, forests, oceans, and communities.

Through stories, education, outreach, and connections, I want to bring these issues and the people responding to them into public view—and help more people find a meaningful way to participate.

Your support gives me time to do that work: to network for ecology, develop the campaigns, and help this movement grow.

Why I’m Inviting You to Join

I’m Dale Hoskins, the creator of Network for Ecology. This is a deeply personal project, and I see it as my life’s work.

I’m starting this community to bring together people who care about our living world and want to help it thrive. I want NFE to grow through shared care, meaningful connections, and the different ways each of us can contribute.

My ambition is to tell the stories of people doing meaningful work and build connections that bring attention, participation, and support to initiatives helping nature, animals, and communities thrive.

That support can take many forms: sharing a story, contributing skills, volunteering, making introductions, or giving directly to an organization. I want NFE to help people find a meaningful way to act on what they care about.

Everyone is welcome here. Membership is free, and all stories and public resources remain open to everyone.

If you believe in what I’m building, you can also help sustain my work with an optional contribution of your choosing.

Support My Work

A Community Built Around Care and Participation

Perhaps you care about a local river, wildlife, forests, animal welfare, or the well-being of your community. Perhaps you want to understand what is happening in the world and find a meaningful way to help.

NFE brings these interests together around a shared purpose: helping our living world thrive.

When you join, you can receive updates, discover nonprofit spotlights, and discover ways to take part. You might share a story, make an introduction, offer your skills, or support an initiative that speaks to your heart.

Take part in whatever way fits your life. You can begin with curiosity and one small step.

Discover Ways to Help Our Living World Thrive

Stories and Resources

Learn about the places and living things we care about—and meet the people working to protect them.

Through NFE’s stories and resources, you can:

  • Explore rivers, forests, wildlife, and communities, close to home and around the world.
  • Meet people restoring habitats, caring for animals, and strengthening communities.
  • Understand what they are doing, what is working, and the challenges they face.
  • Find causes that matter to you and practical ways to help.
  • Discovering initiatives working to help nature, animals, and communities thrive.

My aim is to help you understand the issues, feel connected to the people doing the work, and discover a way to take part that fits your life.

NFE is about more than learning. It’s about bringing people together to help nature, animals, and communities thrive.

Together, we can work toward a healthier, more caring world—for all life today and for the children and generations who come after us.

Want to Help Sustain My Work?

If you believe in what I’m building, you can support my work with an amount that feels comfortable for you.

Your support gives me time to research, write, reach out, and nurture the connections behind NFE—including the work that happens long before there is a story to publish.

Recurring support provides a steadier foundation; one-time support is welcome, too.

There are no paid membership tiers or exclusive content. You’re helping keep the work open to everyone, not paying for a higher level of belonging.

I’m grateful for that trust, and I’m committed to using your support thoughtfully and giving this work my best.

What Your Support Makes Possible

Research, Stories, and Education

Time to learn about issues, speak with people doing the work, check information, and create thoughtful stories and resources.

Outreach and Networking for Ecology

Reaching out to businesses, nonprofits, individuals, and community organizations—introducing meaningful work and helping relevant connections take shape.

Nonprofit Spotlights and Sharing Resources

Developing features and practical materials that help people discover participating organizations and their official opportunities to get involved.

Growing the Network

Following up on conversations, welcoming participation, maintaining relationships, and sharing updates as the work develops.

The Everyday Work of Keeping NFE Going

Website hosting, software, publishing tools, administration, and the time needed to keep showing up.

Supporting NFE supports both the work and my ability to keep doing it.

Where This Began and Where it’s Going

The places and creatures around us have always felt like part of my family.

Witnessing pollution and the loss of places I cared about left me searching for a constructive response. I wanted to do more than feel concerned and always depressed about ecocide. I wanted to learn, tell stories, connect people, and help any way that I could.

Network for Ecology grew from that desire.
