Syracuse Cultural Workers (SCW) is a vibrant, artist-led "culture-shop" that has been using visual arts to fuel social justice movements since 1982. 🎨✊ They publish and distribute inspiring calendars, posters, T-shirts, and cards that celebrate peace, feminism, racial justice, and LGBTQ+ rights. 🏳️‍🌈✨ In the business world, they are a pioneering model for ethical commerce—operating as a worker-owned cooperative that prioritizes union-made materials, organic cotton, and recycled paper. 🛠️🌿 They act as a social enterprise partner by paying royalties to frontline organizations like Black Lives Matter and the Onondaga Nation, ensuring that activism is both culturally beautiful and financially sustainable. 🏦💖🕊️🌈
